Snow Creek Construction is owned by Cory Frampton and Raoul Jacques. Cory has been extensively involved in area development projects including Snow Creek, Torreon, Sierra Pines, Mountain Gate, the Northern Arizona Auto Mall and others. Raoul is a retired lawyer who specialized in Northern Arizona development projects. Raoul and Cory are partners in the current development projects. Tate Ash and Ron Gates manage the company’s business and construction activities.

Tate Ash
Tate is the General Manager of Snow Creek Construction. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Construction Management and is a local resident.
Ron Gates
Ron is the Superintendent of Snow Creek Construction. He has over 40 years experience in the building industry including time as the Navajo County Chief Building Official.
